You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach. Project Leads may invite team members or consultants into shared workspaces. Each user is responsible for their conduct and compliance with these Terms.

You may use ClearPrompt solely for lawful business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to: Use the Service in any way that infringes or violates others’ rights, privacy, or confidentiality. Attempt to disrupt, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service or its software. Upload malicious code, automated scripts, or content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful. Misrepresent AI-generated content as factual or proprietary without review. We reserve the right to monitor use of the Service and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Some parts of ClearPrompt may be offered as beta, pilot, or early-access features. These are provided for testing and feedback purposes only. Such features may contain errors, be incomplete, or change without notice. You understand that data loss, interruptions, or output errors may occur, and you agree to use these features at your own risk.

ClearPrompt uses artificial intelligence to assist with business strategy generation, messaging frameworks, and other creative insights. AI-generated content is informational only and should not be treated as professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and applying outputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI output, nor that it will meet your specific needs.

You retain ownership of all materials, data, and content (“User Content”) you upload or create within the Service. By submitting User Content, you grant ClearPrompt a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, display, and store it solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not access, share, or use your confidential information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed Service, except as required by law or with your written consent. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not contain information you are not authorized to share.

All ClearPrompt intellectual property—including software, design, frameworks, and content—remains the property of ClearPrompt LLC and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform or materials except as expressly permitted. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by ClearPrompt without restriction or obligation to you.

ClearPrompt may offer subscription plans and one-time paid features. Pricing and billing details will always be shown before you confirm a purchase. By providing payment information, you authorize ClearPrompt (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees and renewals. Unless stated otherwise: Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel anytime through your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may update pricing or plan terms with reasonable notice before renewal. If a payment fails, access may be paused until the payment is completed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearPrompt and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but certain provisions (e.g., confidentiality, IP rights, limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California, US, unless otherwise required by law.
