Communications: Messages exchanged through in-app chat, feedback forms, or email support. We process information to: Provide and operate the ClearPrompt Service; Personalize AI outputs and dashboards; Improve performance, functionality, and usability; Communicate updates, new features, and support messages; Ensure compliance, security, and fraud prevention; Analyze aggregated data to understand product performance and usage trends. We do not use client data to train public AI models. Internal learning systems only use anonymized, aggregated data to enhance ClearPrompt’s performance.

Data may be stored and processed in the United States or Europe, depending on system configuration and cost considerations for early-stage deployment. When transferring data internationally, we apply safeguards consistent with applicable laws (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses under GDPR).

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Project Leads may request deletion of account or project data by contacting privacy@clearprompt.ai. Backups may be retained for a limited time for security and recovery purposes.

We employ encryption, access controls, and monitoring to protect data integrity. However, no online platform can guarantee complete security. Users are encouraged to use strong passwords and limit sensitive data uploads.

When you use ClearPrompt’s AI features, your input may be temporarily processed by AI models to generate responses. We do not use your proprietary project data to train or improve external models. AI-generated outputs are stored within your account environment for reference and version control, consistent with user permissions.
